Pale grey skin..: ...suggests a lack of oxygenated blood. Skin which is getting a good blood supply is nice and pink. This requires immediate medical attention. She may have a problem with the circulation in the foot, such a Raynaud's disease. I presume she has not been in the cold: frostbite. Other inflammatory conditions or even breathing problems could contribute. See doc now! Good wishes:)
