Let a doc look at it: People of a number of differen ethnic groups are at greater risk for certain types of skin cancer that tend to occur on the hands and/or feet. Color change can also be due to an issue with the immune system affecting pigment cells. If possible, have a physician take a look. Though simple explanations like a fungal infection can also explain your skin change, better to be clear about what it is.
