Exam: Need evaluation by an ENT and vascular surgeon. Multiple causes of facial swelling can include both venous and or lymphatic issues besides general inflammation. You may have a vasculitid or even a dental issue that may be causing these problems. Do not delay as TIA,s may be harbinger of stroke that you want to avoid
