Caution advised: with any anxiolytic / soporific while breast feeding, some are safer than others, but still have to exercise caution, better work with your doctor, you will need a prescription anyways, take care

Insomnia long term may best be treated with Cognitive Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia. and for anxiety I most recommend seeing a Psychologist expert in treating anxiety disorders. We role model everything for our children, so resolving the source of anxiety(EMDR Therapy) can best help
