Try Delsym (dextromethorphan): Try delsym (dextromethorphan polistirex), take 2 teaspoonful (10 ml or cc) every 12 hours and if cough gets worse or does not resolve in about 1 week see your doctor for evaluation and care. Hope you feel better soon. Take care.
