My total bilirubin 2.06 and direct bilirubin 0.36 and indirect bilirubin 1.70 is this normal for me or what?

Follow it: If you're taking any meds, including "natural holistic herbal healing" things, consider discontinuing them and getting rechecked on a few weeks. It's unlikely that both direct and indirect bilirubin are up just from a glitch in your metabolism (Dubin-Johnson, Rotor, GIlbert).
