Penile Discharge: It can be a few things. The first would be a benign inflammation or swelling of the prostate gland. The other common problem is chlamydia or gonorrhea. In men, utis are rare and they are not accompanied by discharge. You may want to ejaculate and attempt to empty your prostate gland. If that does not feel good or if there could be stds then you may need to be seen at your health clinic.
