Penile pain: Still could be infection. sometimes men get infection we call non specific uretheritis that is not associated with a discharge just with pain, which is not normal. . usually treated with doxycycline or levaquin (levofloxacin) if not allergic +/- Flagyl ( for BV which we never check in the male-just treat if partner having it)as well. is you partner having symptoms? f/u with doc urgent care.
