Overactive bladder?: The two main causes of urinary frequency or urgency in women are urinary tract infection (UTI) and overactive bladder (OAB), i.e. increaed muscle tone or spasm of the bladder. Three negative urinalyses means you have no UTI, so OAB is the best bet, and you're at typical age for it. See your doctor -- you could start with your regular gyn or other PCP, or seek out a urologist. Good luck!
