Bad deal: looks like you had applied Mehndi with chemical PPD-very toxic. If it has been 2wks and still have swelling of hands Please see your PCP. you may need oral steroids like prednisone besides topical steroids. It can have toxic effect on your entire body. Urgent don't wait
