One 1in clean straight line laceration below skin on palm by nail; 3 days old not healing or bleeding; slight soreness. heal on its own?

Laceration: At this point it is too late to repair the laceration due to increased chance of infection, so it is going to have to heal from the bottom up. Worrisome signs would be pus, redness and drainage. It will be sore for a while and will slowly heal, but it will.

Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. It will bleed sometimes. It is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. I have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. What is the issue? Treatment?
