The AC joint: or acromioclavicular joint is the joint where your clavicle/collar bone joins the acromion of your scapula forming part of the shoulder joint. A common cause of prominence is a shoulder separation where the outer end of the clavicle has been displaced upwards following separation from the scapula, called an AC separation. Discuss with your doctor; little/nothing to do if no pain/limitation.

Bone spurs: probably some early bone spurs, or it could just be an anatomical variant, provided you did not have an injury to either shoulder.
