Is there a problem?: If they look like collarbones, they probably are. (Assuming you have looked at photos of normal collarbones.) If you have ever been in an accident it is possible you may have broken a collarbone, and if it did not heal perfectly in line the bones might be a bit more prominent or asymmetric. (Usually it would have hurt---a lot!) Many people have asymmetric collarbones, we are just born that way
