2 big problems : If you truly have bile coming up the implication is that you have an intestinal obstruction and should be hospitalized not be in an urgent care center. Two, if you truly have a GI infection with C. Difficile that is extraordinarily hard to treat. You have to be seen at a top-flight place by a top gastroenterologist. One of the newer treatments is a stool transplant. Good luck
