Not necessarily: it is more likely irregular periods, which can be influenced by many factors, including stress. However, since this seems to be a recent change, I recommend you see your gynecologist for a pelvic exam--important not only to make sure there is no cancer but also must ensure there are no other reasons for vaginal bleeding, such as infection
