Dysuria: Generally a UTI consists of regular burning, frequency and urgency. If she doesn't have at least 2 of there symptoms, it is likely not an infection. Look at the area to see if there is a problem such as pinworms. Keep it clean and apply zincofax. If it persists see her doctor and get a UA and urine culture. All the best
