Your symptoms are more consistent with other genital infection(s), including STDs like herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, and STD-like infections such as bacterial vaginosis. I am especially concerned you might have a new genital herpes infecitson. You need to immediately stop having sex and see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
