My 3y/o daughter been complaining about itching on her private parts front n back, took her to her ped and they said it was not a yeast or a uti but to put aquaphor daily is not working she keeps scratching and complaining what else can it be??

Possibilities: Another possibility is common in the age group. Girls who sit in soapy water during a bath can form a soap film around these structures & inside the vagina. If they are not rinsed adequately the kids may itch/dig at the area. This can even introduce a UTI over time. Having them stand & rinse well with a shower nozzle can reduce the symptoms within a week in those who do this.
