I have a 4 hr flight on wednesday(3 days time) and i currently have sinusitis, is it safe to fly and what can i do to help reduce the pain?

Nasal decongestant: It shouldn't be unsafe to fly, just possibly uncomfortable or overtly painful if your sinuses are blocked. The most effective prevention is a good nasal decongestant spray, such as oxymetazoline (Afrin® is a common brand in the US, many other brands). Also ask your doctor about whether an antibiotic might help -- some sinusitis (but not all) responds to antibiotics. Good luck!
