Probably: If your heart tests are normal and it takes longer for your heart rate to return to baseline, it may suggest that you may be out of shape. You need to gradually build your stamina with regular workouts. You should get these wrist bands which tell your HR and BP in realtime. Start with walking 1 mile a day and increase to 2 miles in a ~ 4 wks p, as tolerated. Then start going to gym ~3-4/wk.
