No need to worry: your fatigue may be from anemia - get labwork to check - complete blood count w/ diff. The daily headaches could have many causes -dehydration, high blood pressure, stress or fatigue. --- I recommend drinking extra water (12 oz w/ pretzels in morning & in afternoon). Keep diary of headaches - location, duration, when, aggravating & relieving factors. get blood pressure checked at dr's this week.

"sepsis" ?: Assuming you refer to sepsis secondary to a vaginal infection, once treated successfully should not return unless similar causes for the initial infection are duplicated. See your healthcare provider for an exam and thorough physical, since there are other explanations for your symptoms which are possible.
