COVID 19: I'd be worried too. Please contact your PCM who can assess for testing. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Take care.

Need testing to know: These could be symptoms of Covid but also lots of other things. If you have a fever, or any shortness of breath or neck stiffness or rash, you should be seen and tested. If not, you can probably just take acetaminophen for the headache, drink at least one glass of water every hour while awake, and you will likely get over it. Meanwhile, avoiod older or already ill people. Good luck!

Get tested: Contact your doctor by phone to ascertain the need for a test and the mechanism for getting tested in ZA. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Wish you good health.
