Time to see a Dr.: "Severe pain" in the stomach can be something serious, so a person with "severe pain" should see the doctor to find out what is causing the pain. After finding the cause, a treatment can begin. It could be appendicitis, a twisted piece of intestine, a twisted organ, or some other bad thing. It could also be not so bad, such as a stomach flu. One's regular doctor, or the E.R. doctor, can check.
