Well : There's postcholecystectomy dumping syndrome where people get diarrhea and sometimes cramps after meals when they have had gallbladder surgery.Anybody having symptoms after drinking alcohol should avoid alcohol. For specific diagnosis and treatment consult primary care or G.I. doctor
