Not normal at 11 wks: If your dates are correct, and you are truly 11 weeks pregnant, then this ultrasound report is not normal. At 11 wks, a fetal pole and a heart beat should be seen on ultrasound. However, you may be earlier then you think. You should see an OB immediately and have follow up labs and an us.
