My poa-8weeks, lrmp-26/4/14,had little spotting on 14th, 31st &42nd days from lrmp,no cramp,today tvs shows 5weeks sac with yolk sac,no fetal pole.why?

5 weeks TVS: What are your hCG levels? Pregnancy blood test hormone levels? THat would be helpful to know. COuld be early yet. Would check hCG levels every few days to one a week and repeat the ultrasound in 2-3 weeks. Good luck.
