A single point: I can definitely empathize with you that sometimes a single blood pressure reading can sometimes be alarming. This value, while elevated, is not alarming unless there you are having other symptoms. That said, however, it would definitely be in your best interest to follow up with your family doctor and get a full physical examination. Hope that helps!
