Hard question: You have clearly already seen some docs and it is hard to second guess. Poor sleep and low O2 sat suggests obstructive sleep apnea. It is unclear what you mean by "hormonal problems". The alternating high and low BP could be related to adrenal hypersecretion of adrenaline (pheochromocytoma), although this is rare. A low BP could be the opposite: adrenal failure (Addison's).
