I have red bumps all the way back of tongue. it's painless. i can feel it when i swallow. i also have tiny red bumps on the top layer of my tongue.

Probably normal: Everybody has a row of large (up to 1/8 inch) red bumps across the back of the tongue, called circumvallate papillae (google it for photos). And normal tongue papillae and taste buds could be the "tiny red bumps" you describe. Therefore, I'm guessing nothing is abnormal. But see your doctor or dentist if you remain cocnerned.
