Hi i have a whitish tongue with red bumps in the back (also really painful when i swallow) what is this symptom called?

Tongue: Red bumps may be normal vallate papilla. Whitish coating may be Thrush, bacterial infection, or simply an accumulation of debris. Please see your Dentist for evaluation, especially if it has been more than 6 months since your last one.
