Lots, talk to neuro.: Presumably you are taking this for parkinson disease. Many movement disorders neurologists do not prescribe the cr form because of its unreliability. There are many other meds. There are the Dopamine agonists (requip, mirapex, neupro) that look like Dopamine to the brain. The is Comtan (entacapone) that stretches out the sinemet life. There is Azilect which blocks an enzyme that breaks down dopamine.
