Pco: Pco is diagnosed based on hormonal profile and clinical picture rather than by ultasound. You need to have a tsh, fsl/lh, dhea-s, testosterone, 17ohp at a minimum. Maybe a FBS and Insulin level to check for Insulin resistance.
