Dr. Jay Park answered

Subtypes: There are four subtypes in traditional JRA, namely, pauciarticular, polyarticular ( with and without RF-rheumatoid factor), and systemic-onset form. Among these subtypes, RF-positive polyarticular form has the highest potential to cause joint deformity and to carry the process way into adulthood.
