A Personal opinion: I was involved in phase 3 studies RE: efficacy IN ADULTS of "biological" TNF agents of which Enbrel (etanercept) was the first. Impression = that TNF agents subsequently approved by FDA were more effective in reaching goals. However, there are subtypes of JRA different vs adults so Rx data not comparable. There is FDA alternative "biological" to TNF Rx; see PEDIATRIC RHEUMATOLOGIST to review if option.
