A member asked:

How can i treat dehydration in a child who can't keep nothing at all down and hasn't peed in 14 hours since she started vomiting she also has jra?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dehydrated child: Take your child to the er at a hospital and have them hydrate her with IV fluids as well as replacing her low potassium level. The doctors in the er will also be able to find out if she has a serious reason for her vomiting. She may be in dire straights if you do not do so as soon as possible.
