Twitching: The symptoms you have are very diffuse and do not correspond to any discrete neurological condition such as a stroke. Diffuse neurological symptoms can be seen with certain metabolic conditions such as kidney failure, infections, or liver disease. I doubt you have any of these and I suspect these symptoms could be due to anxiety. See your doctor for a complete work up.
