NTproBNPvsGood'OlBNP: The diagnostic performance of BNP and NT‐proBNP is comparable and there is no meaningful difference between them. I'm hoping people will stick to the BNP instead of jumping on the NT bandwagon, until some meaningful use can be found for it. I'll bet some will order both, but that would be redundant. Plus, newer tests are usually more expensive. So why pay more for a similar test??
