URI: An upper respiratory infection can cause all of those symptoms. With the pressure in your ears there could be a bacterial infection but more likely your throat, neck and ear symptoms are coming from tender lymph nodes under your chin. OTC pain and sinus is the place to start. Prolonged or worsening symptoms warrant pay a visit to the doctor. If viral, expect nasal congestion next. Good health
