Usually do: Most surgeons will see at least some of the liver and comment on anything they see in the operative report, but this is by no means a thorough evaluation of the liver or intended to be.

Ans: Well depends. Usually laparoscopic procedures will focus on the gallbladder and the common bile duct. Unless there is a reason the focus will stay on the gallbladder
