Too many things: Right sided abdominal pain in a 25 y o woman could be appendicitis, civerticulitis, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, intermittent partial bowel obstruction from scar tissue (from prior gall bladder surgery), kidney stones, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, amebic liver abscess, pelvic inflammatory disease, colon or ovarian cancer, hepatitis, constipation or gas. See a doctor to narrow the list.
