Depends : 27 y female w. "stomach & lower back pain". If acute, seek urgent care to rule out infection & renal disorders. In that abdominal pain is worrisome, General Surgeon &/or Gynecologist might be consulted. If nothing discovered then see Osteopath - or Gastroenterologist if bowel dysfunction. If chronic, consider pelvic girdle disorder, which can be associated w. IBS & pain referred to low back.

Monthly?: Many gyne issues, endometriosis, menstrual cramps, ovarian cysts will cause those symptoms (predictably) monthly. Pregnancy can cause that. Constipation can cause that, kidney issues, gallbladder issues. Hard to diagnose the cause of pain without a good history and physical exam. See your md.
