Podiatrist: Best to see the expert on this - the Podiatrist. One episode of bad dress shoe should not result in 3 weeks of swelling/pain, unless you caused some significant damage. Possible bruising/vessel damage and nerve impingement which could take a time to resolve, but best to see the expert. Good Luck.
