Why?: Scar tissue does not need an operation if it is not causing any problem. Also, if you are having pain or fertility problems, AND you have scar tissue (there is no way to know without surgery), there is no guarantee of cause and effect. In other words, just because the scar tissue is there does not mean it is causing the problem. Last, citing scar tissue causes more scar, but ok if no alternative. Hope this helps!
