Probably an: enlarged lymph node or infected cyst. If it persists, enlarges beyond 1cm, or becomes painful, you should see a doctor.

Show to your doctor: It could be Mixed tumor of ' Parotid Gland ' usually located in the area you described with elevation of ear lobule which is benign ( pleomorphic adenoma ) or a lymph node , need clinical examination see your doctor
