Lymph Node: Sounds like it is lymph gland enlargement. Lymph glands typically enlarge as a reaction to infections. However there are other causes as well. If it is not gone within 7 to 10 days, you should go and get yourself checked by your doctor.

It's three lumps, all behind my ear. One is in the space between my jaw, skull, and earlobe. One is directly behind where my earlobe starts, on my skull, but about an inch from my hairline. And the third is touching my hairline, above my ear.
