Chronic Cough: Chronic cough is most commonly due to 3 conditions: asthma, post-nasal drip, or GERD (heartburn). You might have one or a combination of all three. Further workup by Allergist is helpful as they can perform a more detailed assessment including skin testing, pulmonary function testing, and chest x-ray. Treatment will depend on cause.
