7 years old daughter has been having off and fever ranging from 99 f to 100.5 f for 2-3 weeks now. there are no other symptoms other than occasional morning cough and very minor cough during day. otherwise she is active. what should be done?

You may consider getting her tested for Covid and Flu. You may watch and wait. if the fever gets high to 103 or if she develops breathing difficulty, see a doctor or take her to a hospital.
