My 3 years 10 months old boy has fine flat rash all over his body since yesterday, it seem to be worsened this morning. he is seem well just a few dry cough every now and then should i be worried?

Many possibilities: Kids get rashes as allergic reactions, after illnesses, to contact with various plants or lotions etc.The possibilities are endless.A more descriptive set of info might help, but rashes are very visual and perhaps your local doc should see it and comment.
