Dermatologist: You need to have a dermatologist see it. To figure out what it is. It may not be acne.

Sebaceous cyst: It is most likely a plug sebaceous gland, wart/viral lesion, or the residual scar tissue from an old "pimple" a minor surgical procedure may be necessary.

Many things: It could be many things, a small inclusion cyst, a stye, a papilloma (viral skin tag), a skin cancer, etc. See and ophthalmologist.
