Talk to your doctor: You may need a step up in acne treatment. I don't know what you are using currently but there are many different treatments available. Talk to your doctor since you are not getting better. .

Compresses: Warm compresses to the area several times a day may bring to a head and drain. Sounds like an abscess Antibiotics may be needed.
